When a Victorian police station on Kingsland Road became a cocktail destination, the building kept its structure — four underground vaults, a ground-floor storefront, studios above, and a rooftop nobody expected. TT Liquor didn't flatten the original layout into one generic events space. Instead, every floor became its own distinct environment, connected by a curated liquor store at street level that doubles as the venue's front door.

The result is a hire that feels different depending on which floor you're on. The Cellar Bar has the warmth and texture of a speakeasy built inside actual police cells — vaulted stone, leather seating, low light.
