The first venue Drake & Morgan ever opened — recently returned to its original name after a period of reinvention — The Refinery Regent's Place sits within the Regent's Place business district, a stone's throw from Regent's Park, Warren Street, and Euston. It's a cocktail bar-restaurant built around a statement piece: a long bar constructed from stacked oak sleepers that anchors the entire room.

Design and Character at The Refinery Regent's Place

Scandinavian-inspired interiors mix natural timbers, reclaimed brick, and antique copper accents with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light. The furniture shifts between low-slung armchairs, high bar stools, and soft leather sofas, creating varied zones within a single open-plan room. An open kitchen adds culinary theatre, and bi-fold doors open onto a generous alfresco terrace — heated, planted, and furnished with oversized blankets and armchairs for year-round use.

The bar handles up to 340 standing for drinks receptions and parties. The restaurant sits between the cocktail bar and open kitchen, bookable separately for private dining. The outdoor terrace accommodates roughly 100 covers, making it one of the larger terrace hires in the NW1 area.
