An iconic naval attraction in London, the Golden Hinde is a full-sized reconstruction of the explorer ship Sir Francis Drake used to circumnavigate the globe between 1577 – 80.
The ship venue hire is available exclusively and serves as a unique historical venue for corporate and private functions. With stunning views of the Thames and a fully licensed bar, the venue can accommodate numbers up to 110 for networking and evening receptions. For smaller functions, the Great Cabin and the Hold are ideal spaces for up to 40 – 60 people.
The Golden Hinde has provided the perfect backdrop for many Tudor-themed photoshoots and film productions. For those looking for a unique wedding venue, they can also cater for this too.
All hires are entire ship hires. We work with a number of caterers who can create bespoke food for your event.
All bookings include:
• exclusive hire of all museum areas of the vessel
• A designated member of the team to help plan and facilitate your event.
• Access to our bar which includes Larger, Pale Ale, Cider, Red and White wine, Prosecco, soft drinks and a range of spirits if required.
• A PA for connecting the perfect playlist from any device via the jack-to-jack cable
• seating and table arrangements if desired
