Two adjacent warehouse studios on the canal in Hackney Wick, each with its own personality but sharing a heated, covered waterfront terrace and a combined standing capacity of over 1,000. Studio 92 & 94 — now operating as No90 HideOut and No90 Live — offer the scale and production capability of a purpose-built events venue inside buildings that retain genuine East London industrial character.

Studio 92 & 94 — Two Studios, One Venue

Studio 92 (No90 HideOut) is the more refined of the two: 2,800 square feet with herringbone wooden floors, wooden wall panelling, and triple-layer acoustic treatment that sets it apart from typical warehouse venues where sound bounces off every surface. It holds 450 standing or 150 seated for dinner, with a green room, mezzanine, and 360-degree projection mapping capability. Studio 94 (No90 Live) is the raw counterpart: 3,250 square feet of blank canvas space with monochrome decor, street art murals, sound-responsive backlit panels, a large mezzanine, and a stage with full PA and lighting rig. It takes 550–650 standing or up to 250 seated. Both have 4.5-metre ceilings and ground-floor loading access.

An internal corridor and the shared canal-side terrace connect the studios, so combined hire gives over 6,000 square feet of internal space plus generous outdoor area — enough for events running multiple formats simultaneously or simply needing serious capacity with an East London edge.

The Canal-Side Terrace and Outdoor Spaces

The heated, covered terrace runs along the canal at the rear of both studios, usable year-round regardless of weather. A front courtyard accommodates food trucks, picnic benches, and arrival drinks — adding a festival dimension without logistical complexity. The Mary Read, a canal boat moored outside, is available as an intimate 15-guest add-on for smaller breakout moments within larger events. Number 90 Bar, the restaurant adjacent to the studios, provides in-house catering and can sometimes be included for exclusive hire.

Hackney Wick Overground station is 300 metres away — a two-minute walk. Stratford International is 10 minutes on foot, connecting to the DLR, Central line, and high-speed rail services. The venue sits within Hackney Wick's creative quarter, a neighbourhood of studios, galleries, and independent businesses that carries genuine cultural credibility for events where the East London setting matters. Substantial car parking and loading areas serve production vehicles and supplier access. Both wet and dry hire are available, with external caterers also permitted alongside the in-house option.
