Signature Brew Haggerston

Signature Brew started during the craft beer revolution in 2011 with a simple proposition: make beer with musicians, for musicians. The Haggerston taproom is where that idea has a permanent home — a railway arch on Regent's Canal fitted with a professional stage, twelve taps of their own beer, and the kind of lived-in East London atmosphere you can't reverse-engineer.

Under the Arch

The venue occupies a single brick-vaulted railway arch with floor-to-ceiling windows at the canal-facing front and a full stage setup at the back. Booth seating lines the walls, a wood-panelled bar runs the length of one side, and a DJ booth sits ready for the nights when the turntables take over from the bands. The music photography on the walls — from shoots featuring some of the biggest names in live music — is a quiet reminder that this space has genuine music industry credentials.

The Canal Terrace

Outside, the terrace sits directly on Regent's Canal with seating and standing space for up to 70. On summer evenings it's one of Haggerston's better outdoor drinking spots. For private events, it provides natural separation between indoor and outdoor atmospheres — drinks on the terrace, music under the arch.

East London, Canal-Side

Haggerston Overground is five minutes on foot. The venue's position on Acton Mews, tucked behind the railway line and fronting the canal, gives it a slightly hidden quality that works in its favour — guests feel like they've found somewhere rather than arrived at a booking. The taproom holds 180 to 200 standing inside, with the terrace adding another 60 to 70. External catering is welcomed alongside the in-house beer and drinks programme. Dog-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and licensed until 23:00 with extensions.
