Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury St

The Radisson Blu Edwardian on Bloomsbury Street sits in that useful space between boutique hotel and corporate conference venue. The 2022 refurbishment pushed the interiors toward modern townhouse elegance — away from generic hotel conference aesthetic and toward something guests and delegates actually enjoy spending time in. Positioned opposite the British Museum with Covent Garden and Soho within walking distance, the WC1 location gives events a Central London anchor without the premium pricing of Mayfair or the West End.

Radisson Blu Bloomsbury Street's Event Spaces

The Folio Suite — the hotel's largest space at 350 capacity — anchors the events offering, supported by the Drawing Room breakout area with its own bar. Below that, six private rooms handle boardroom meetings and intimate dinners for 8 to 30 guests, and The Library provides a bookish setting for smaller gatherings. The spaces work individually or in combination, giving event planners flexibility to scale from a 12-person strategy session to a 350-delegate conference within the same building.

Conference and Healthcare Credentials at Radisson Blu

Healthcare Assessed Venue accreditation positions this hotel for the medical and pharmaceutical events sector — investigator meetings, advisory boards, medical workshops — where compliance standards shape venue selection. Touch-screen AV controls in every room, a dedicated technician service, and free 150Mbps Wi-Fi give the technical infrastructure a professional edge. The 174 bedrooms and the option to combine with the neighbouring Kenilworth hotel provide residential capacity that keeps multi-day events self-contained.

A Bloomsbury Hotel for London Events

In-house catering by an award-winning culinary team, a wedding licence, and carbon-compensated meetings round out the offering. Tottenham Court Road station connects three major tube lines, and the Bloomsbury address — literary, academic, quietly prestigious — gives events a character that glass-and-steel conference centres cannot replicate.
