Venue Description
The QEII Centre venue hire offers a versatile events venue with a friendly and efficient service, delicious food and world-class facilities for high profile conferences, conventions, exhibitions and corporate events with capacity for up to 3,000 delegates. more than 400 national and international events are hosted here each year. The centre sits opposite world heritage site, Westminster Abbey.
The centre’s £12 million refurbishment programme, which began in July 2014, is re-establishing the centre’s ‘wow factor’, providing aesthetic and visual improvements and enhanced facilities to the building and facility environment. They are also enhancing the customer experience and have created a more modern, quality and stylish environment attractive to new and existing clients.
The entrance foyer has been completely remodelled and has been opened up to provide a modern and welcoming space with better registration facilities and a large, interactive screen that can be used to showcase events taking place within the venue. Connectivity has also been addressed with a new ITPV network installed and a new wifi network with free delegate access via a capacity of 1Gbps entering the building.
