PRYZM Kingston Upon Thames

Formerly PRYZM, this venue reopened in 2025 as Circuit Kingston Upon Thames — Kingston's largest nightclub, housed in a former cinema and theatre building on Clarence Street. The historic structure's ornate plasterwork and theatrical proportions survive beneath a modern refit with cutting-edge sound and lighting, creating event spaces with genuine scale and production capability that purpose-built function rooms rarely match.

Scale and Production at Circuit Kingston

Two rooms span a total capacity of 1,400 guests. The Main Room retains the building's original grandeur — a 15-foot prism chandelier, ornate plasterwork integrated with contemporary club design, a large stage, and a balcony area with its own bar overlooking the main floor. The Curve Room offers a more refined counterpart: black and gold decor, VIP booth seating around the perimeter, and a dedicated DJ booth with a polished, lounge-like atmosphere.

Both rooms operate independently with their own bar facilities, or combine for full venue hire. State-of-the-art sound systems, professional lighting rigs, and multiple screens throughout mean production infrastructure is built in rather than hired — a significant cost and logistics advantage for events that need audio-visual impact.

Event Hire at Circuit Kingston Upon Thames

Outside regular club nights (Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:30pm), individual rooms or the entire venue are available for exclusive private and corporate hire. The experienced events team works with bespoke packages and flexible room configurations. The building's cinema heritage gives it ceiling heights, sightlines, and stage infrastructure that conference centres and hotel ballrooms typically lack — useful for product launches, award ceremonies, fashion shows, and any event where presentation and spectacle matter.

Location and Practicalities at Circuit Kingston

Central Kingston location puts the venue a short walk from Kingston station, serving South West London and Surrey audiences. The licence runs until 3am with extensions available.
