Peckham Levels occupies a former 1980s multi-storey car park on Rye Lane, reimagined since 2017 as South London's most distinctive cultural venue. The raw concrete structure has been embraced rather than concealed — ramps, open levels, and London skyline views from the upper floors give it a character that purpose-built event spaces simply can't replicate. Creative studios fill the lower levels, with bars, street food traders, a performance venue, and a screening room stacked above.

The building houses three hireable spaces across its upper floors. The Gig Space accommodates up to 450 guests with full production infrastructure — sound-treated walls, staging, a green room, front-of-house facilities, and its own terrace. The Auditorium seats 60 or holds 100 standing, with a built-in projector, screen, PA system, and a sloped floor that gives every seat genuine sightlines. Above both sits the Bar and Food Hall across Levels 5 and 6, where 500 guests can spread across multiple street food vendors, bars, pool tables, retro arcade games, and a private karaoke room.

Licensing runs to 1am for the Gig Space, with extensions available, and to 00:30 for other spaces.
