Pan Pacific London is a Forbes Five-Star hotel — rated consistently since 2022 — occupying Bishopsgate Plaza, a 43-storey bronze tower adjacent to 144-year-old Devonshire House, two minutes' walk from Liverpool Street station. It's the brand's first European property, with 237 rooms and over fifteen hireable event spaces ranging from a 14-seat captain's table to a 400-capacity pillar-free ballroom. The scale and variety of its event offering make it one of the City's most comprehensive venue operations.

The Pacific Ballroom

London's first SMART Ballroom: 464 square metres of pillar-free space with 6.5-metre ceilings, 4K LED video walls, state-of-the-art AV and lighting, and its own private entrance from Bishopsgate Plaza through a dedicated pavilion with pre-function area, staffed cloakroom, and VIP room. The ballroom is divisible into two soundproofed sections for concurrent events. It seats approximately 250 for dinner or holds 400 for standing receptions — handling everything from gala dinners and award ceremonies to hybrid conferences and large-scale product launches.

Private Dining: Maxwell and Newton

The Maxwell room seats 50 for dinner or holds 75 standing, with a Champagne wall, reed glass door, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Bishopsgate Plaza. It's the venue's premium private dining space — suited to corporate entertaining, celebration dinners, and milestone events at a scale above typical PDRs. The Newton room offers an intimate 14-seat captain's table for boardroom dinners and private tastings.

Meeting and Conference Spaces

Level 5's Meeting Place houses five rooms — White Hart, Four Swans, Magpie, Green Dragon, and Black Bull — available individually or as an exclusive floor hire. Each is flooded with natural daylight through floor-to-ceiling windows and equipped with LED screens and video conferencing. The largest accommodates around 30 guests banquet-style or 65 theatre. Level 3 adds four further meeting rooms for groups of 10 to 30. A dedicated Meeting Concierge service operates on Level 5.

Restaurants and Bars

Straits Kitchen — the hotel's acclaimed Singaporean restaurant — seats 122 for exclusive hire dinners or holds 180 standing, with the adjacent Straits Bar adding a semi-private space for 30. Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge combines an indoor bar, lounge, and outdoor terrace for events up to 150 standing. Silverleaf, designed by Tom Dixon, is a cocktail bar with semi-private areas for 8 to 11 guests and exclusive hire capacity of 100.

In-house catering spans Singaporean cuisine from Straits Kitchen alongside bespoke event menus. The licence runs until 2am. An 18.5-metre infinity pool with city views, sensory spa, and full fitness facilities offer guest wellness alongside event programming. Fully accessible throughout. Liverpool Street station — two minutes away — provides Crossrail, Central, Metropolitan, Circle, and Hammersmith & City line connections, plus mainline rail services.
