Gordon Ramsay's Asian Kitchen

The menu travels across the Asian continent — small plates, robata-grilled dishes, skewers, tempura, sushi, and sashimi, all crafted from the open kitchen and signature raw bar. Executive Head Chef Ben Orpwood works alongside Ramsay to deliver a level of culinary ambition that elevates events beyond standard restaurant hire. Three private rooms cater to different group sizes and moods. Umi is the most intimate at 10 seated — discreet, elegant, and suited to occasions where every detail matters. Tochi seats 30 on a single long table with its own bar, creating the kind of communal dining experience that builds connection across a group. Sora takes 40 seated (or 50 standing) with natural daylight and its own bar — the most versatile of the three. Each room is accessed through the main restaurant, so the journey in is part of the experience.

On select dates, the full restaurant opens for exclusive hire — 160 seated or 400 standing across a venue where the AfroditiKrassa design ensures no two areas look or feel alike. The scale is unusual for Mayfair, where most restaurant hires cap at under 100.
