West London's largest pillar-free event space, 508 hotel rooms connected directly to the venue, 140 on-site parking spaces, and a loading bay that can fit a double-decker bus. ILEC Conference Centre isn't a venue that trades on atmosphere or heritage — it trades on infrastructure. For large conferences, exhibitions, and events where logistics matter more than exposed brick, it delivers capability that most London venues at this scale simply don't have.

ILEC's London Suite and Modular System

The London Suite is the centrepiece: 1,260 square metres of pillar-free floor space with five-metre ceilings and built-in LED lighting, divisible into nine modules via a partition system that creates over thirty configurations. Full capacity runs to 1,200 standing, 1,000 theatre, or 800 dinner. The three larger modules — London 7, 8, and 9 — combine into the venue's most popular sub-room at approximately 800 square metres, handling 550-600 theatre. The six smaller modules provide breakout rooms, hospitality spaces, or combine into mid-scale event spaces of 380-545 square metres.

Five additional syndicate rooms on the second floor offer natural daylight and capacities from 10 to 50 — breakout space for conferences, organiser offices, or hospitality lounges. Over 1,700 square metres of total event space across the venue.

Conference-Hotel Infrastructure

The on-site Ibis hotel — now also carrying Mercure branding — provides 508 guest rooms built across twelve floors. For multi-day conferences, the direct connection between hotel and event space eliminates delegate transport, morning logistics, and the fragmentation that comes from offsite accommodation. The George and Dragon pub and La Table restaurant provide on-site dining and evening options beyond the formal event programme.

On-site catering handles daily delegate packages through to formal dinner service, with self-catering permitted for clients who prefer their own suppliers. AV runs through an in-house supplier partner, scaled to each event. The 5x5-metre loading bay at street level and 140 basement parking spaces handle the production and transport demands that large-format events generate.

Fulham Location

West Brompton station — District line, Overground, and Southern services — is three minutes' walk. The SW6 location on Lillie Road puts the venue a quarter of a mile from the A4, providing easy access to the M4, M5, and M40 for delegates and production arriving by road. It's not a Mayfair address, and it doesn't pretend to be — the trade-off is parking, value, and logistics that central London venues at this capacity can't match.
