Gravity

Most event venues offer a room and leave the entertainment to you. Gravity Wandsworth is 85,000 square feet of the entertainment itself — electric go-karts racing through Japanese-themed streets, augmented reality bowling, VR experiences, street golf, digital darts, and an arcade, all spread across four floors of Southside Shopping Centre with three bars and seven food brands in between. It's the kind of venue where the hardest planning decision is which activities to include, not whether guests will have a good time.

The Activity Roster

The multi-level e-karting track is the headline: high-powered electric karts navigating 8-metre downhills and banked corners through themed urban streets. Fourteen AR bowling lanes project scores and themes directly onto the lane surface. Six AR digital darts booths modernise the pub classic. A 9-hole urban street golf course, Sandbox VR, Hologate VR Arena, three Immersive Gamebox booths, shuffleboard, pool tables, an esports arena, and the Funbox Arcade fill the building. Twelve activities under one roof, and every one of them is designed to get groups competing, laughing, and talking.

Event Spaces Within the Venue

Newton's Sports Bar accommodates up to 250 standing with modern AV, screens, and a semi-private setting suited to receptions and post-activity gatherings. The Newton's Lounge offers exclusive boardroom hire with full presentation equipment. The Isaac Newton Suite seats 100 theatre-style for conferences and training that benefit from having an 85,000-square-foot entertainment centre on the other side of the door. Gravity Social Bar on the top floor handles smaller drinks receptions. Full venue hire brings the entire building — all activities, all spaces, all bars — together for up to 1,200 guests.

Who It's For

Corporate team-building events and away days make up the core of Gravity's private hire. Staff reward experiences, Christmas and summer parties, birthday celebrations, and team tournaments all find the activity infrastructure they need already in place. Day delegate packages combine meeting room hire with activity breaks — the kind of conference format where delegates actually look forward to the afternoon session. In-house catering runs through seven food brands with halal-certified options, and the venue's three bars handle drinks service at scale.

Gravity sits within the Southside Shopping Centre on Wandsworth High Street, near Wandsworth Town station, with on-site parking for guests arriving by car.
