Christmas Social

Christmas Social takes one of East London's finest Victorian buildings and turns it into a ready-made celebration — all-inclusive packages in Shoreditch Town Hall's Grade II listed Assembly Hall, with every element from KERB street food to casino tables handled by KIN London's events team. It runs for a narrow window each year, late November to mid-December, and sells out fast.

The Christmas Social Package

Everything is included in a single per-head price: venue hire, unlimited drinks, KERB street food, resident DJ, sound and lighting, cocktail furniture, vintage photobooth, starlit dancefloor, disco balls, themed styling, event staff, cloakroom, security, and insurance. For corporate Christmas party organisers managing approvals, budgets, and guest lists simultaneously, the all-inclusive model removes the supplier coordination that makes large Christmas bookings labour-intensive.

Groups of 150 to 500 are accommodated, with the production scaled to the booking rather than the full capacity. The venue doesn't feel half-empty at 200 — the layout adjusts.

Shoreditch Town Hall as a Christmas Venue

The Assembly Hall brings genuine architectural weight. Italian marble panels, gilded wall details, intricate ceilings, and a Matcham-style balcony create the kind of backdrop that seasonal pop-up venues spend heavily trying to imitate. The speakeasy theming and golden accents enhance the Victorian bones rather than covering them — the result feels opulent without tipping into novelty.

A large stage supports live bands beyond the resident DJ, and the full lighting rig means branded content, awards, or speeches integrate without additional technical hire.

Booking Christmas Social

The 2025 season sold out by February. For groups above 300, enquiring in January is realistic; for smaller bookings, February to March still offers options. Christmas Social operates Tuesday to Friday during the season, with KIN managing the full planning and delivery process from first enquiry.
