Cavendish Conference Centre

Eight rooms across a purpose-built conference centre in Marylebone, next door to BBC Broadcasting House. The Cavendish Conference Centre exists for one thing — business events — and every decision in its design reflects that focus. No repurposed ballrooms, no awkward column placements, no making-do with hotel corridors between sessions. This is conference infrastructure built as conference infrastructure, backed by a team that has won Best Conference Venue for Customer Service repeatedly.

Cavendish Conference Centre's Spaces

The Auditorium seats 250 in tiered configuration with a stage for 2–20 speakers and a dedicated Green Room for pre-event briefings — a proper production environment for keynotes, panels, and presentations. The Whittington Suite adds 298 sqm of flexible space that subdivides into four syndicate rooms, handling breakout sessions, exhibitions (up to 18 stands), delegate catering, and networking. The Portland Suite offers a vault room with feature ceiling and natural daylight for groups up to 60, while the Harley Suite serves smaller meetings of up to 30–50.

Conference Production at the Cavendish

In-house technicians manage all AV requirements including webcasting and live-streaming — not outsourced, not day-hire contractors. State-of-the-art lighting with desk-level colour customisation, projection, sound, and stage management all come from a team embedded in the building. For conference organisers, that eliminates the coordination layer between venue and production company.

Marylebone Location and Delegate Experience

Regent's Park tube station is nearby, with the wider Marylebone area offering hotels, restaurants, and pre-event options. On-site catering handles day delegate packages, refreshment breaks, and formal dining. The centre's customer service reputation isn't incidental — it reflects an operational culture built around making conference logistics invisible to delegates and straightforward for organisers.
