Spaces at BrewDog Outpost Tower Hill

The neo-Gothic Minster Building between Tower Bridge and London Bridge houses something its Victorian architects probably didn't anticipate: a 12,500 square foot craft beer venue with its own working microbrewery. BrewDog Outpost Tower Hill was the chain's first Brew Pub, and the combination of on-site brewing, 36 taps, and a City of London address near the Tower creates a venue proposition that's part craft beer destination, part large-scale events space.
Brewed on Site, Served on Tap
The microbrewery is the centrepiece. Small-batch beers are brewed in the building and poured alongside BrewDog's core range across 36 taps — an experience that most London bars, however good their beer list, simply can't replicate. Beer School sessions turn the brewery into a team-building format, combining education with tasting in a setting that feels genuinely behind-the-scenes rather than staged.
A City Venue with Games and Scale
Across two exposed-brick floors, three Olympic-sized shuffleboards and retro arcade games create activity zones that give events natural entertainment without production overhead. The split-level layout separates areas well — the Games Room works for smaller groups, the restaurant for seated dining, and full venue hire absorbs up to 500 standing. Natural light on both floors is unusual for a City bar and makes daytime events work particularly well.
Getting to BrewDog Tower Hill
Bank station sits three minutes away, Tower Hill five, with the Tower of London and Thames riverside both on the doorstep. The licence runs until 23:00, and the in-house kitchen serves an American-style menu of burgers, pizzas, and wings. Dogs are welcome throughout.
