Palm Court alone holds 400 standing or 250 seated, with theatre capacity for 280. Reception capacity reaches 500, dinner for 350, dinner and dance for 280, and theatre for 450 — significant numbers that reflect genuinely large floor space rather than tight configurations. The suite includes a fully-sprung dance floor, removable floor coverings, full blackout capability, and air conditioning — practical infrastructure that supports gala dinners, corporate events, and celebrations where production values matter. The Broomhouse Room’s two exterior walls of floor-to-ceiling windows are the defining architectural feature, connecting the indoor event to the gardens and Thames-side setting beyond.
