The 43-metre glass-domed ceiling of Palm Court forms the dramatic entrance — the first space guests encounter, and the one that sets expectations for everything that follows. From here, the Broomhouse Suite opens through connecting doors into garden-facing rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire south facade, framing uninterrupted views of the grounds and the Thames beyond. The Mulgrave Theatre provides a built-in auditorium with tiered seating and stage, while the Ranelagh Room and Lobby offer additional breakout capacity. Multiple bars — fixed and portable, positioned as needed — serve the space. A fully-sprung dance floor, built-in PA system, feature lighting with full blackout capability, and air conditioning run throughout. The Hurlingham Suite incorporates all East Wing spaces: Palm Court, Broomhouse Suite (Broomhouse Room, Ranelagh Room, Lobby), Mulgrave Theatre, Terrace, and Sunken Garden. The Quadrangle Suite in the original Georgian Clubhouse can potentially be added for events requiring even more space or a separate VIP area — creating a full-venue hire that spans both the historic and contemporary wings. In-house catering from Head Chef Andrew Grahame covers modern British and European menus for events at this scale — no external catering, but a kitchen operation calibrated for large numbers with fine-dining quality. On-site parking for 300+ cars with controlled access and security. Putney Bridge tube is five minutes’ walk, and the venue sits within an hour of Heathrow and Gatwick. Late licence extends to 1am Monday–Thursday, 2am Friday–Saturday, and midnight on Sundays.
