The Circle at Rose Court — Level 11

The Circle is the primary events floor: a full-level bar and restaurant with panoramic views on both sides of the building. At 140 seated or 450 standing, it anchors Rose Court’s mid-to-large event proposition. Private terrace access extends the space outdoors, and the dual-aspect windows mean guests experience different skyline perspectives as they move through the room. Two adjoining private dining rooms — one south-facing with a lounge area and private bar seating around 30, one north-facing with terrace access — give The Circle built-in breakout options for events that need both a main space and intimate rooms.

Rose Court Level 10 — Flexible Event Space

Level 10 offers the most configurable layout. The main space divides into one to four self-contained rooms, each with its own terrace access, making it adaptable for everything from a single boardroom dinner to a multi-room conference with breakout sessions. Four individual private dining rooms, each seating up to 10 with Thames views and 65-inch screens, suit intimate corporate dinners or focused working meetings. Rose Court Roof Garden — Level 12

The Roof Garden sits at the top of the building, accessed via a contemporary curved glass staircase that serves as its own arrival moment. At 300 standing, the 360-degree views take in every major London landmark. It’s a summer space — open-air, high above the South Bank — and for events where the view is the centrepiece, it’s one of the most striking rooftop venues in the city. Combined with The Circle below, the staircase creates a natural flow between a sunset terrace reception and dinner on Level 11.

Exclusive Hire Across All Three Floors

Full exclusive hire brings all three levels together for up to 700 standing guests. The vertical layout gives events a built-in structure — arrival drinks on the Roof Garden, dinner in The Circle, breakout meetings on Level 10 — without needing to move between buildings or cross public spaces. State-of-the-art AV including large screens supports presentations and conferences across all levels, and the venue is licensed for weddings.

Green & Fortune provide all catering in-house, with menus built around seasonal British ingredients from small, independent suppliers.
