Exclusive Venue Hire at Puttshack White City

Puttshack White City is the largest venue in the Puttshack chain — four tech-infused mini golf courses with 69 holes, a 360-degree bar, an open-plan restaurant, and capacity for 750 standing guests on exclusive hire. Located within Westfield London but designed with its own distinct identity, the venue combines the accessibility of a major West London transport hub with entertainment infrastructure that handles events at a scale most competitive socialising venues can’t approach. The technology running through every course is the key differentiator from standard mini golf. Trackaball sensors in each ball automate scoring, display real-time leaderboards, and enable competitive game modes that keep groups engaged without manual scorekeeping. Interactive hole features — challenges, hazards, supertubes, and a retro-gaming aesthetic — mean the experience has enough depth to sustain repeat visits and extended event play.

Event Spaces at Puttshack White City

Three semi-private areas — Ruby (100 guests), Sapphire (70 guests), and Emerald (70 guests) — each provide dedicated space with bar access and their own course access. Ruby and Emerald can be combined into a single zone for up to 220 guests, creating a substantial private area with access to two courses and shared restaurant and bar facilities. Full venue hire brings all four courses, the restaurant, the 360-degree bar, and the cloakroom under exclusive control for up to 750 guests. The venue also supports theatre-style configurations for up to 110, making it viable for presentations and conferences alongside social events. AV equipment includes a projector, DJ equipment, and microphones.

Food and Drinks

In-house catering serves a globally inspired menu designed for social and group dining — sourdough pizzas, sliders, sharing plates, and grazing options. The 360-degree bar is the venue’s visual centrepiece, serving craft cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks from all sides. Packages bundle food, drinks, and golf into per-person pricing tiers from Bronze through Platinum, with the top tier including unlimited house drinks for two hours. All food, drinks, and golf are included within minimum spend requirements. No external catering is permitted. The licence runs until midnight.

Corporate and Team Events

The 750-person capacity makes this one of West London’s largest competitive socialising venues — viable for company-wide events and large team gatherings that typically require hotel ballrooms or conference centres. The automatic scoring system creates team competitions without facilitation, and the mix of private and semi-private areas allows events to offer different energy zones within a single booking. For smaller corporate events, individual semi-private areas provide dedicated space for 70-100 guests with course access. Meeting packages accommodate day events that blend presentations with activity.

Getting to Puttshack White City

The venue sits inside Westfield London near the Southern Terrace entrance. White City station (Central Line) is a five-minute walk, and Wood Lane station (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) is approximately seven minutes on foot. Shepherd’s Bush station (Overground) is also accessible via a short walk through the shopping centre. Westfield’s multi-storey car parks provide parking for guests driving. The Westfield location adds practical advantages: guests can arrive early and use the shopping centre’s dining options, and transport links serve a wide catchment across West London and beyond.
