Full Venue Hire at Park Village Studios

Park Village Studios is a 10,000 sq ft former Victorian riding school metres from Regent’s Park, offering production-grade event space within an English Heritage protected building. The venue combines three distinctive studios — The Arena, The Stables, and The Stalls — with full in-house production capabilities, a commercial kitchen, and the kind of history that no amount of set dressing can replicate. Built in 1892, the building famously housed elephants, giraffes, and a brown bear named Spitfire from London Zoo during the Second World War bombing raids. The Rolling Stones shot here in 1969. For events, it takes up to 450 standing or 380 seated across the full venue.

The Arena (Studio 1)

The centrepiece is The Arena — a 2,700 sq ft double-height converted riding arena with polished concrete floors and a cast-iron spiral staircase leading to the original decorative viewing gallery. At one end, a J-shaped infinity cove provides a backdrop for 3D mapping, projections, and set-dressing that would be impossible in a conventional venue. The space has full blackout and daylight options, flexible lighting from steel rigging above, and 1GB ultra-fast WiFi. It opens onto a newly landscaped garden looking out to the John Nash-built houses of Regent’s Park — a detail that elevates outdoor receptions and breaks.

The Stables (Studio 3)

The Stables is a 1,300 sq ft space with a high-vaulted wooden beamed ceiling, elegant tiles, and excellent natural light with full blackout capability. Accessed via an industrial staircase built over the original horse ramp, it has a large entrance lobby and works for drinks receptions, workshops, screenings, and conferences — or as a breakout room during full venue hire. The character here is noticeably different from The Arena: warmer, more intimate, with the period features creating atmosphere rather than scale.

The Stalls (Studio 2)

The Stalls is the most contemporary of the three spaces — a flexible area with drive-in vehicle access, 3-phase power, and a kitchen area that can be reconfigured as breakout space or extended into the main event footprint. For brand activations requiring vehicle display, product launches needing heavy production infrastructure, or events where back-of-house logistics matter as much as front-of-house aesthetics, The Stalls provides the practical backbone.

Catering and Production at Park Village Studios

Catering is handled exclusively by Dinner Ladies — an award-winning, female-led B Corp caterer that cooks fresh on site in Park Village’s commercial kitchen. The partnership means food quality is controlled and consistent, with menus built around seasonal produce and adapted to the scale and format of each event. The venue’s in-house production team can handle filming, recording, lighting design, and full AV — working alongside a collective of designers and producers to deliver events that make full use of the building’s capability.

Getting to Park Village Studios

The address is One Park Village East, situated metres from the Gloucester Gate entrance to Regent’s Park. Camden Town is the nearest Tube station, roughly a five-minute walk. The NW1 location places the venue within Regent’s Park’s prestigious surroundings while remaining straightforwardly accessible from central London. English Heritage protection means some restrictions apply — but also means the building’s character is preserved rather than compromised.
