Full Venue Hire at NQ64 Soho

NQ64 Soho packs retro arcade gaming, neon-drenched atmosphere, and a 3am licence into a basement bar on Berwick Street — right in the middle of London’s most concentrated nightlife district. Full venue hire accommodates 200-350 guests across four serving stations, with over 37 arcade machines, nine consoles, and a photo booth creating built-in entertainment that needs no programming or facilitation. The format works because the games do the heavy lifting. Guests arrive, grab a game-themed cocktail, and gravitate toward cabinets and consoles without instruction. Dance machine battles, four-player Mario Kart sessions, and Time Crisis runs create competition and conversation organically — the kind of engagement that formal networking events spend thousands trying to manufacture.

What You Get with Full Venue Hire at NQ64 Soho

Exclusive hire delivers the entire venue: a large bar with four serving stations, all gaming machines and consoles, booth seating, banquette areas, raised VIP booths, and a photo booth. The layout provides natural zones — the front bar area works as a semi-private section for up to 150 guests, while the DJ Den accommodates up to 100 with its own four-player Pac-Man machine and bar access. For smaller groups, raised booths offer semi-private settings within the wider venue. NQ64 doesn’t serve food in-house, but for full venue hires, approved catering partners Franco Manca and Inamo provide event catering — pizza and pan-Asian options that suit the informal format. Drinks run from craft beers through to the signature cocktail menu, where gaming-themed serves come with genuine flavour rather than just clever names. The venue is cashless throughout.

Late-Night Events in the Heart of Soho

The 3am licence (midnight on Sundays) is one of the strongest selling points. Combined with the W1 Soho location, it means events can run late with guests spilling into the surrounding streets for continuation options when they’re ready. Team socials, birthday celebrations, and creative industry parties all benefit from the extended hours and the neighbourhood’s established late-night energy. Berwick Street places the venue within walking distance of Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Piccadilly Circus stations. The Soho postcode gives events a nightlife credibility that corporate venues in the City or West End can’t replicate.

Events That Work at NQ64 Soho

Corporate team socials find their natural format here — organic competition replaces structured activities, and colleagues discover each other through gameplay rather than forced exercises. Birthday parties for gaming enthusiasts get a venue that takes their interest seriously at scale. Group nights out benefit from the built-in activity phase before branching into wider Soho. Creative and tech industry events find natural alignment with the neon aesthetic and gaming culture. The venue’s visual identity — neon-splattered walls, glowing cabinets, retro branding — generates strong photographic content that extends event reach through social sharing without requiring professional photography. Under-18s are welcome on Sundays from 11am to 3pm for family gaming sessions, but all evening events are 18+ only.
