The Mezzanine sits above the main bar, offering a semi-private elevated space for up to 80 guests — overlooks the action below while providing its own contained area for parties and team events. An outdoor terrace extends the space in warmer months. Full venue hire combines all areas for the complete 300-capacity experience.

How Events Work at Lockhouse

Exclusive venue hire is available every Sunday and some Saturdays, with weekday area bookings and private hire also available Monday to Friday. The no-hire-fee model on weekend exclusive bookings is genuinely competitive — events pay a minimum spend rather than a separate room charge. Play your own music throughout the venue during exclusive hire. A microphone setup is provided for announcements and speeches. Bring your own cake. Decorate the space as you wish. The events team manages the booking from planning through to the night.

Food and Drink at Lockhouse Paddington

The in-house kitchen is run by Head Chef Luca, serving seasonal British-focused food from sharing boards and tapas-style small plates to burgers, steaks, and rotisserie chicken. Brunch runs throughout the week, with a boozy twist at weekends. Food boards and canapé packages cover dietary requirements including allergies and intolerances.
