The anchor is Hall One, a 415-seat auditorium with tiered seating and a Steinway concert grand. Every detail of the room was engineered for sound: the oak panelling was carved from a single tree to ensure consistent acoustic density, and the entire structure sits on spring flooring to isolate it from external vibration. For large-scale conferences and presentations, it’s one of the most technically accomplished spaces in London — and visually, the warm timber and precise geometry give it a character that generic hotel ballrooms simply don’t have. Adjacent, Hall Two seats 200 in theatre configuration and works equally well for plenary sessions, intimate performances, and award ceremonies.

Kings Place Battlebridge Room and Canal-Side Terrace

The Battlebridge Room is the social heart of the venue. With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Regent’s Canal and a private covered terrace, it handles up to 400 standing or 180 seated. A built-in bar, dance floor, and coloured lighting on the copper-trimmed pillars make it a ready-made party space — but the natural light and canal views work just as well for daytime networking or a relaxed wedding reception. The room splits into two self-contained sections, so it flexes from intimate dinners to full-scale receptions without feeling over- or under-scaled.

The Gallery Room seats 40 for private dining or 60 theatre-style, with a 75-inch screen, marbled floors, and acoustic panelling. It’s the newest addition and functions well as both a standalone boardroom and an intimate dinner space. The St Pancras Room offers a blank canvas option — whitewash walls suit branding and product launches, with projector, screen, stage, and PA included. The Limehouse, Wenlock, and Horsfal rooms round out the breakout options, handling groups from 18 to 37 in boardroom or cabaret configurations.

The Kings Place Gallery and Music Foyer link the auditoriums to the event spaces. The in-house AV team manage everything from live-streaming and hybrid events to theatrical lighting, drawing on the same technical expertise that supports the venue’s year-round concert programme.
