Exclusive Venue Hire at Fairgame

Classic fairground games rebuilt with RFID technology, live leaderboards, and a bespoke app that turns every throw, roll, and whack into tracked competition. Fairgame’s Canary Wharf venue sits on Fisherman’s Walk at West India Quay with capacity for 600 exclusive hire, a 100-metre riverside terrace with three outdoor bars, and street food partnerships with Burger&Beyond, Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana, and Dos Mas Tacos. A second location has opened at One New Change near St Paul’s, giving organisers geographic flexibility between Canary Wharf and the City. The RFID wristband system is what elevates Fairgame beyond a themed bar. Every game — Roll-A-Ball Derby, Skeeball, Whac-A-Mole, Duck Shoot, Water Gun Clown, and several proprietary additions — logs scores to a personal leaderboard. Teams compete across games rather than at a single activity, and the app tracks everything in real time. For corporate events, this creates instant team competition without the forced awkwardness of traditional team-building exercises.

Event Spaces at Fairgame Canary Wharf

The Big Top Mezzanine is the premium private space — an elevated platform overlooking the gaming area below, with four floating carousel booths (Instagram-ready), a private bar, and standing capacity for 70–80. The position gives guests the best view in the venue while maintaining their own contained space with dedicated service. The Carousel Bar accommodates 80–100 standing in a semi-private area near the main gaming floor, with its own fully stocked bar and direct terrace access. The Holy Duck Lounge sits at the back of the venue as a semi-private chill-out zone. All three can be combined for the rear-of-venue package, which takes up to 250 guests and includes private bar access, photobooth, and terrace sections. Full exclusive hire opens the entire 20,000 sq ft venue including all games, all bars (including the three outdoor terrace bars), and the riverside terrace with views over West India Quay.

How Events Work at Fairgame

Private spaces operate on spend-per-head or minimum spend depending on the area. The events team builds packages covering games access, food from the street food partners, and drinks from the in-house cocktail bars. Games and drinks packages start from entry-level per-head rates for casual bookings, scaling to full exclusive hire for large corporate events. The street food model means guests choose between burger, pizza, and tacos rather than accepting a single catering choice — a practical solution for diverse groups. Prosecco-infused candy floss, Hackney Gelato, and the candy stand add to the fairground atmosphere.

Summer Events on the Riverside Terrace

The Canary Wharf location’s summer differentiator is the 100-metre riverside terrace with three outdoor bars. Sections can be hired alongside indoor spaces, creating events that flow between gaming, food, and waterfront drinking. For summer parties and corporate socials, the terrace adds an outdoor dimension that most competitive socialising venues — typically basement or warehouse operations — cannot match.

Canary Wharf Location and Access

The venue sits on Fisherman’s Walk near West India Quay DLR, with Canary Wharf station (Jubilee line and Elizabeth line) a short walk away. Opening hours run Tuesday–Sunday (closed Mondays), with events running to midnight Tuesday–Wednesday and to 1am Thursday–Saturday. The City location at One New Change offers the same concept with its own capacity and space configuration, suited to planners whose guests are based in central London rather than Docklands.
