Full Venue Hire at BrewDog Outpost Tower Hill

A 12,500 square foot craft beer venue with an on-site microbrewery, housed in the neo-Gothic Minster Building a stone’s throw from the Tower of London. BrewDog Outpost Tower Hill was the first Brew Pub in the BrewDog family when it opened in 2018, and the microbrewery means some of the freshest beer in London is brewed and served in the same building. Full venue hire takes 400 to 500 standing or 300 seated, making this one of the larger bar venues in the City. The split-level layout runs across two spacious floors with exposed brick, statement lighting, and 36 taps pouring craft beer — including exclusive small-batch brews from the on-site operation. Three Olympic-sized shuffleboards, retro arcade games, and a pinball machine provide activity without dominating the space.

Spaces at BrewDog Tower Hill

The Games Room is a semi-private area holding 30 seated or 50 standing, featuring the three shuffleboards and retro arcade machines. It’s a natural fit for smaller team events, after-work socials, and birthday groups wanting competitive entertainment alongside drinks. The Restaurant and Games Room combined accommodate 110 guests, with benched tables and booths suited to dinner events, corporate meetings, and group gatherings where food is central. The seating mix — booths, high tables, long benches — gives flexibility without needing formal reconfiguration. Full venue hire opens both floors for 300 seated or 400 to 500 standing, including the microbrewery area, bar, restaurant, and games zones. The scale makes it viable for Christmas parties, summer events, and large-scale corporate socials where a single-venue solution serves better than splitting across spaces.

The Microbrewery Experience

The on-site microbrewery is the genuine differentiator. The brewing equipment occupies a visible area of the venue with high tables around it, and Beer School sessions can be arranged where guests tour the brewery and taste the on-site beers. For corporate events or team-building formats, this adds an educational and experiential layer that goes beyond standard bar bookings. Thirty-six taps pour a rotating selection alongside BrewDog core beers and exclusive venue-brewed batches. The drinks programme extends to wines, ciders, spirits, and cocktails for guests who aren’t craft beer converts.

Food and Practicalities at BrewDog Tower Hill

The kitchen delivers an American-inflected menu — burgers, sourdough pizzas, wings, and salads — with in-house catering handling events at scale. Dog-friendly throughout, the venue also benefits from natural light across both floors, making daytime events genuinely pleasant rather than artificially lit. The alcohol licence runs until 23:00 — worth noting as an earlier close than some City bars. Bank station is three minutes’ walk, Tower Hill five minutes, and Fenchurch Street is nearby. The neo-Gothic building sits at the corner of Great Tower Street and Mark Lane, between Tower Bridge and London Bridge.
