Perola Bar on the 14th floor takes up to 140 standing or 81 seated, operating as a cocktail-led space with skyline views and signature drinks. JOIA Restaurant on the 15th floor accommodates 185 standing or up to 87 seated dining, with the open kitchen and chef’s table as focal points. Hire both floors together and the combined capacity reaches 300 standing — enough for a substantial corporate party or product launch with room to circulate between levels. The two-floor structure creates a natural event flow. Drinks receptions start on the Perola level, where the bar and panoramic views give guests something immediate to engage with. Dinner or the main event shifts upstairs to the restaurant, where the open kitchen becomes part of the experience.
