Full Venue Hire at All Bar One, Leicester Square

Leicester Square needs no introduction on an invitation — it’s the address that guarantees attendance. All Bar One sits directly on the square, giving events something most London venues can’t offer: a location so universally known that logistics become a non-issue. Two floors with two full bars serve up to 380 guests standing inside, plus a 90-seat outdoor patio that puts your event in the middle of West End energy rather than watching it from a distance. The location works hardest for pre-theatre drinks, client entertaining, and team celebrations where guests are converging from different parts of London. Leicester Square station is adjacent, Piccadilly Circus and Charing Cross are both within five minutes on foot, and the surrounding entertainment — cinemas, theatres, Chinatown — means events extend naturally into the evening without anyone needing directions.

Two Floors and Mezzanine at All Bar One Leicester Square

The ground floor and mezzanine operate as distinct zones when the full venue is hired. The mezzanine level upstairs holds 180 guests with its own bar, a mix of standing and seated areas, and enough separation from the main floor to function as a semi-private space for drinks receptions or breakout conversations during larger events. For smaller bookings, the mezzanine works as a standalone hire — elevated above the main bar, it gives groups their own space without losing the atmosphere of the wider venue. Downstairs, the open-plan layout with colourful furnishings and feature lighting creates the kind of environment that feels dressed for an event without needing external styling. Two bars across the floors keep service flowing during busy periods — a practical detail that makes a real difference at 300+ capacity.

Events and Format Flexibility

Full venue hire suits drinks receptions and standing parties best — that’s where the 380 capacity and Leicester Square terrace come into their own. Seated dining accommodates around 210 when a more formal arrangement is needed, and theatre-style configuration handles presentations and awards for corporate bookings wanting AV capability. Cocktail masterclasses offer built-in activity for team socials and birthday celebrations, giving groups something to do beyond standing drinks. Bottomless brunch packages work for daytime events and weekend celebrations. The food offering runs to British small plates, sharing boards, and tapas-style dishes — designed for social eating rather than formal sit-down service.

Practical Details for Hiring All Bar One Leicester Square

The licence runs until midnight, with extensions available on request. In-house catering handles all food and drinks — buffet packages start from breakfast through to premium options, with set menus and à la carte also available. External DJs are permitted, and you can bring your own music for events that need playlist control. The venue is wheelchair accessible with disabled toilet facilities and free WiFi throughout. The outdoor patio seats 90, making it one of the more generous terrace spaces you’ll find on Leicester Square — useful for summer parties and any event where the square itself is part of the draw. For corporate events, the combination of central accessibility and a venue large enough for full-company gatherings makes this a reliable choice. Guests from across London can reach it easily, and the surrounding neighbourhood handles the pre- and post-event experience without any planning required.
